Our Mission is to Design, Remodel, and Build Homes that are affordable, beautiful, comfortable, energy efficient, and environmentally friendly.  We design homes that are economical, durable, and easy to maintain, and that will be so for generations to come.

Company History

We have been a family run business for 38 years, with a particular focus on Energy Efficiency for the last 26 years.  As the principal, Ronald Sauve has owned and operated it since its inception.

Ron has received training in energy efficiency at numerous trade seminars and through the ENERGY STAR Program.  He has received training in green building construction through the U.S. Green Building Council, in their workshops and other training, and he is currently receiving training to become a LEED, (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Accredited Professional, (LEED AP). 

Ron has also received training in design through Autodesk in the use of AutoCad, and in Revit, a Building Information Modeling (BIM) program.  He has taught classes on the basics of AutoCad LT.  He regularly teaches classes on how to be and build green, and on effective strategies to reduce home energy costs. 

He is a Licensed Construction Supervisor (builder), a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders), and the Sustainable Buildings Industry Council, and he is a PATH Partner (Partnership For Advanced Technology in Housing), and an ENERGY STAR Partner.  He is also a Green Home Verifier for the NAHB's Green Building Program!  We are therefore well qualified to serve your interests in Design & Energy Efficient construction.

And by the way, we drive a Green Prius!
